Founding the organisationThe "Organisation" was founded in Birmingham in May 1925, at a meeting held at the United Yeast Company Ltd. by Mr. Hallett, with support of a number of Student Societies including Cardiff, Birmingham and London. From 1925-1932 we were simply known as "The Organisation" until 1932 when we renamed ourselves the National Federation of Bakery Students' Societies (N.F.B.S.S)
