Bakery EquipmentThe alliance has been made aware that some colleges and universities do not have some of the required equipment for students to take part in competitions or undertake some of the elements of their course.
In these cases, the alliance may be able to offer support by putting lecturers in contact with bakery equipment manufacturers and where they are supporters of the alliance, may be able to help with costs of equipment.
