Here are our picks for useful baking books for both students and lecturers. All of these books provide technical detail about the function of ingredients and also discuss industry as well. Very useful if you are studying a bakery course from Level 3 to Level 6. These are not free, so you will have to buy them, and make sure that your college or university library doesn't already have a copy before you buy one, unless of course you want you own copy to keep.
