Are you the best bread baker or the most awesome chocolatier? Either way, our national competitions held at our annual conference in June is sure to have a category for any trainee baker, or baker in the industry with our professional competition as well. The full competition schedule is available to download below, along with the categories, which include bread, sourdough, chocolate, cake, biscuit and even LIVE competitions that you can take part in at conference. We have also added a team LIVE Competition this year for those of you that want to go head to head with other colleges and universities at conference to show who handles the pressure best!
