Delifrance | Prove it: a bread focusDelifrance have released their latest report; PROVE IT: A bread focus reveals exciting changes in the category.
It was published at the end of June 2021 and it promises to share their interviews, commissioned research and data from Delve Insights to provide in-depth insight into what consumers want from the bread category. They are also exploring new trends and sharing advice on how these can benefits bakers and retailers alike. This should be a really interesting read for members, and could be really useful to increase knowledge of the bread market. sourdough thats out of this world!Believe it or not, making bread in space and even on distant planets is something that may be a reality sooner rather than later. A team of seven companies with expertise in different areas from Belgium have been researching how making bread in space, aptly named "SpaceBakery" might be achieved.
We think this is really interesting and thought we would share it with you, as it could change the way bread is made on earth and in space, making it even more nutritious and sustainable at the same time.
