Competition Judging

Behind the scenes of the judging of the national competitions. A huge tanks to all of our judges. There were 1000 entries this year, so a lot to mark so well done to all of them for supporting us and managing to get them all judged in time.

Live Competitions

Students and trainees taking part in the LIVE Competitions that take place on Saturday morning. Some amazing skills demonstrated and against the clock and each other so a lot of pressure on the day. Well done to everyone that took part in the LIVE competitions. 

Molly Robbins Live cake demo

We were very honoured to have Molly Robbins attend conference. Molly held a cupcake decoration competition with student and trainee teams competing against the clock, with Molly being one team captain and our President Lucas being the other team captain. Afterwards, Molly demonstrated her amazing skills in cake decoration using air brushing to decorate sugar paste whilst also answering questions from students and providing lots of great advice. Thank you to Renshaws Team for all of the support.

Awards Ceremony

The Awards Ceremony which is held during our Black Tie Dinner. Students and Trainees receive their trophies and a photo opportunity as well. Congratulations to everyone that took part in all of the competitions and well done to those of you that won medals and prize money!
